Day Two:
Bar Harbor, Maine

Bar Harbor is a quaint little Tourist Town tucked between the ocean and the mountains of Mt. Desert Island. The Island is home to Acadia National Park.
My brother lives in Bar Harbor during the summer. I stayed with him while I was in Maine. He lives on the second floor of this antique store.
In the evening we went for a drive. This turkey kept tail-gating us until I leaned out the window and took his picture. After that he backed off real fast. Coward!
As the sunset aproached, we headed for the top of Cadillac Mountain, the highest peak in Acadia at approximately 1500 ft. above sea-level.
The view from the summit is breath-taking. This image is a panorama composed of five images fused together. In the middle you can see Bar Island (left), and the Porcupine Islands. (right)
This is what Bar Island looks like standing on the Pier in Bar Harbor.
